Change SIM Only Plan

    Hi, I want to change my SIM Only plan, I was able to do this via chat last year but now I'm told I need to pseak with the loyalty team to change plan. Can you help please?

    Hi luvlyjubbly,

    Yes you would need to speak to a member of our Customer Care department you can do so by freephone (1901) they will advise you on the process of changing the sim only plan.

    Thanks Andre, I know I can call 1901, but the last time I was able to do it over chat, what has changed in the last few months? (Also judging by all the live threads in this forum, I'd need a lot of time to get through to someone on 1901.
