Eir no longer doing early upgrade

    I just contacted eir through web chat to see about an early upgrade and was told they no longer do early upgrades. Can anyone tell me when this was stopped????

    In certain circumstances, it may be possible to avail of an upgrade. 

    If you PM the following details I can check if you can upgrade?
    1. Registered Name
    2. Registered Address
    3. Account Number
    4. DOB
    5. Are you the Account Holder?
