I get a bit like that sometimes.

Not sure if this will help, but if you can't sleep, focus on your breathing. Sometimes when I'm lying in bed, overthinking, I forget to breathe properly.

I also sing Dubliners songs in my head, but that's probably just me. My own internal voice, droning on, sends me right off. Good luck!

Got a SPAM phone call at 4am, so mutt decided that was a perfect time for us to get up..... ugh.

Then discovered that my new Galaxy S10+ is getting delivered but I forgot to tell my maid, so when they called her, she said "nope not for me" :) So I had great fun chasing the courier company to get it rescheduled.

So now I find myself relaxing on the balcony, Nespresso and Mutt present.

Working tonight so back to my hotel for another week

She told me this morning that she actually introduced herself to someone as "a dogs nanny" :)

But rather than consider this an indulgence it is a necessity, I have spent 23 nights away from home this month working and wife is off scuba diving for 5 weeks, so its either have a dogs nanny or put him in kennels.
