Hi I go the gym regularly about 3/4 times a week. I’m 25 and done my first spinning class on Monday. I was wrecked after the class as you would after all that cycling momentum. A day later my left leg particularly my quads are in serious pain!

Anyone else had this pain and know what to do to relieve it???

it could be a number of things, your bike fit is a big thing, how you sit on the bike an other, even down to the saddle.
If your not used to that much cycling or the intensity you'r gonna suffer DOMS

Cycling uses different muscles to many other sports so unless you do a lot of squats/similar your existing fitness doesn't really stand to you. Sounds like you blitzed it, now you're reaping your reward. Just give them a day or two.
