I'm looking at changing the bundle we are on at the minute. Currently we are billed on or around the 14th of each month and the Direct debit comes out on or around the 28th. If I change bundles through myEir today, will these dates remain the same or will I end up having new billing dates?

    Hi markc1184,

If you change your bundle it would not affect your billing date.

    Thanks,

With regards to this, when I try changing bundles online it keeps asking for me to pick an installation date. I have all of the equipment already so surely there is no need for a technicians visit?

    Hi markc1184,

It is not possible to upgrade your account online.

You will need to call 1901 or go into an eir store to upgrade.

    Thanks,
    Grainne
