Porting - Does it usually take over 48hrs on billpay?

    Moving my mobile number from Vodafone to Eir.  I went into the Eir store in Eyre Square Galway to avoid the long hold on the phone.

    No joy yet...

    A port in takes up to 48 hours to go through. 

    If you could PM the following details I can check this for you?
    1. Registered Name 
    2. Registered Address
    3. Account Number
    4. DOB
    5. Are you the Account Holder? 

    Once I get this information I can check the status of the port.
