If you lose your home due to anti social behavior, you should go to the hostels and remain their for life unless of course you can pay your way back in the private rental or buy a property

She’s not entitled to that, if you read dublin city council or whichever council tenancy agreement section 35 of the housing act 2009

they lose their house and place with the council of breaching it vis anti social behavior or rent arrears

Council houses would have to be kept to a certain standard surely so its unlikely she'll get a rundown shack. An estate full of her ilk would be very suitable though.

The only thing I can think of is medical reasons? I can't see why else. Once you get kicked out you're free to go to Focus or what ever as far as I recall. She reckons she got moved, but looking at the state of the place, that alone is grounds for eviction. Not sure what the deal is, (no pun intended) with the son.
We have enough struggling working tax payers in need of a helping hand. This kind of scrounger of the week story plays into the hands of The Sun, Independent and the like to support the Tory attitude that anyone down on their luck or struggling is a liar and a chancer. The Sun is the most conservative 'paper' you'll find.

There are houses in this country for the work shy.

And there are houses for the uber rich.

But for those in between who are honest and pay their taxes, nothing.

I can see a yellow vest movement really taking off in this country. The only problem is such a movement would be hijacked by the usual rent a mob socialist protesters who'd give free houses to the work shy.

The middle and working classes are so poorly represented in this country.
