ZV Plates

What are your opinions on the ZV plates on classic vehicles? I think they take away from the vehicles appearance.

My car was built was built in the Cowley BL plant, and wasn't a CKD. I have the old UK plate. When I got it, it wasn't running etc., and I've had it for years now. I'm happy my my ZV no. My GT380 2T has a snappy modern plate with three digits, two the same, reads snappily. If I had a really lengthy bunch of numbers, I might care.
