Forced to write right handed & stammer!

So I was writing with both hands equally from age 3–4, was made pick a hand, couldn’t pick, so she (the teacher) insisted on the right hand and only the right hand being used from then on. Also very much left footed in sports.

Seen some old articles and posts on this, just wondering if anyone has any up to date research on this topic or any experiences themselves of a similar nature?
