I went to SpecSavers for a test today as my eyes have been feeling strained over the past while. I thought that maybe I needed glasses. Apparently my vision is perfect but they’ve advised that the strain is from working with a computer for long hours. They’ve recommended that I get anti-glare glasses. Are these necessary…
