Don't even know if I'll be around but didn't see a thread so said I'd kick it off this week.
    Anyone know what's happening?

Hope you're all keeping well out there in LLS Threadland. :p

expect to be lectured by Liam Cunningham. He seems to forget he's an actor and a poor one at at that. He got very, very lucky. Still he'll be given free reign and a round of applause.
    I won't be watching.

Interesting to hear how many refugees Liam has taken in since he last lectured us on the Late Late

    My fantasy lineup..

Adele to open the show with a bit of music.

Pope Francis with Trappatoni's Manuela translating.

Next up Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, Manuela hangs around to translate, might aswell get value for money.

Mike Tyson up next, where Tubs displays his vast boxing knowledge.

Followed up by an interview with Madonna.

Kate Winslet and Leo di Caprio.

    Mark Zuckerberg.

And to conclude the evening... Donald Trump and Nell McCafferty.

“Speaking of one of her lowest moments Trisha recalls last year’s Christmas party “after a great night we went for pizza, I ordered 2 slices like everybody else, the guy behind the counter asked was I sure I didn’t want two whole pizzas. I was mortified. Everyone was laughing and I was devastated.”

She’s dealt with a lot of fat shaming.

Amazing the way the Voice seems years ago and it's only 2016 since the last show here.

Why is there no date in the thread title?

Doesn't feel like a proper LLS thread without the date :(

According to RTE’s website, ‘comedians Bridget and Eamon (Jennifer Zamparelli and Bernard O'Shea) are set to perform.’

    ‘Comedians’? :pac:

I have a theory about people who age fast, ageing a lot on the outside, and they are ageing a lot on the inside...I'll say no more...

    Ireland’s Favourite Folk Song?

Irish Folk Music is on the way out, Mr. Epstein. :D

I'm sure she will devote about half her interview to the rubbish that is Dancing With 'The Stars'.

“What do you think got you to that weight?”

    “A lot of eating.”

    Well, thanks for coming!

Is it simply down to diet and lack of exercise or more than that?

Fair play to her having the bravery to highlight the problem in front of national eyes.

Beats the Happy Pear twins on bragging about their perfect, healthy lifestyles.

If rumours are to be believed, the BBC banned Rod Stewart from performing ‘Grace’ on Radio 2.

Shame, that’s one of my favourite songs by Supergrass :D

Takes a lot of guts to go in front of nation and talk about her weight problem.

She’s more suited to Maura and Daithi tbh than the LLS couch. Fair play to her but does anyone really care?
