Whats your Eircode? It could be distance from the nearest Cab. When you say neighbours, how close are they to you?

I'm in a village and the cab is in the middle of the village.
Neighbours are just a few metres away either side

    Hi there neilwhite,

I would suggest contacting our Technical Support department and they will be able to run a line test for you.

You can contact them either on webchat here or by calling them on 1890 260 260.
