Agreed, also not as daunting imo in being the only new face as sometimes happens.

A seer can check if someone is bad once a night.

So if a seer thinks joe is bad, he can check him

We have mentors on offer g&r if you want someone to bring you through the confusing bits as they come up during the game.

New players, the below linked thread has a brief description of the roles used in the game. The guide is helpful on a 'how to play' basis but for a description of the roles and how they function this is probably better.

Game mods usually outline what roles are in the game when the game starts.

Oh God yeah sorry guys for giving ye minor heart failure. That thread I linked just gives a description of ALL the possible roles that might be used in a game.

I haven't seen a game where they've all been used.... yet.

Honestly guys, it'll be fine. The mentors will help you with cutting through the jargon that regulars use in games here and explain it for you.

Judging from the activity here tonight though I think Keith and Mick will be delighted to have another couple of night owls to talk to into the long hours :pac:

Unfortunately, we cannot discuss live games in public, as players can read this. The mods usually create a graveyard area that is secret area where people not in the game and dead players can discuss the current live game.

Unfortunately, Beaker has had to pull out of modding this game due to real life stuff, and so I'm looking for some new hands to help with the modding.

We've got most of the ideas and structure laid out, and as we've said, it's not going to be a massively complicated game. If anyone is willing to help out, I can run you through where we were, what plans we had and what philosophy we were running.
