Bill has gone up 2 months in a row

    Howdy

    Current customer but out of contract I believe.

    My standard bill was 55.00 a month up until last October
    My November bill was 67.28
    My December bill was 76.00

    I only have broadband and no phone in the house but when I signed up I was told I had to take the phone package as part of the bundle

    Can you explain why my bill is now 76 a month and also can I now drop the phone add-on seen as I am out of contract.
