    2 hours listening to music. 
    Lineas are fine faulty ISDN box no local power so reduced to one AB Line. Need to report and get a replacement

    Finally got through today. And eventually a KN Engineer spoke to me.

    Eir you really need to up your game. 3 Days to get to talk to a support person is not even remotely anywhere near providing a service. 

    After waiting for 5 minutes a callback option should be available and done within 4 hours for faults for Commercial/Business customers.
