installation problems

    Hi,
    I am having terrible issues trying to get my internet installation appointment. 
    Open eir appointments are unable to book it. when i use web chat the chat constantly disconnects. I am about ready to cancel the service before it is even installed. it is an awful start into a contract with eir.
    can an eir rep on here give me help with this. thanks.

    Sorry to hear you are having problems getting your installation date. 

    Could you PM the following details and I can check when your appointment is?
    1. Your Name
    2. Your Address
    3. Your DOB
    4. Account Number
    5. Are you the account holder?
