    Hello,

    I have tried to download it online but its saying my account is inactive (???????????????)

    Tried to call but cant get a connection to cs.

    Used online chat only to be given the run around, time wasting that CS -  was asking me to reconfirm my account number and email etc not twice but NUMEROUS times!!

    The communications regulator needs to get onto ye crowd sharpish.

    Please look into this for me.
