Eir wont cancel my DD and continue to deduct months after cancellation of services

    I cancelled my services with Eir after setup in October 2018 due to poor quality. I was assured in writing from complaints department that no charges would be taken - incorrect - I have since been deducted two monthly amounts even though this has been notified to Eir and again re-assurances that it would be cancelled.

    Have you cancelled the direct debit from your bank?

    Sorry to hear your direct debit has not been cancelled. 

    Could you PM me the following details and I will resolve this?
    1. Your Name
    2. Your Address
    3. Your DOB
    4. Are you the account holder? 
    5. Your Account Number

    As soon as I get this I will ensure that your direct debit details are removed from your account.
