Copy of Contract Process

    Hello,

    Can you confirm how I can get a copy of my signed agreement with Eir.
    I am into the last 6 months of my contract and the now in place non-promotional price is significantly higher than I recall signing up to so I would like to see it in black and white.

    I can, of course, have a look into this for you. I just need you Pm me the following account details. Once I have these I would be more than happy to help.

    1) Account number
    2) Account name
    3) Are you the account holder?
    4) Your DOB

    5) Your full postal address
    6) How did you sign up? ( such as online, instore or over the phone)
