Reactivate Sim

    Hi,
    I have an Eir Sim that is used periodically. I forgot to top it up in December in order to keep it active, I have now topped it up but it has not yet reactivated. How long should this process take or is there another step I need to do?

    Hi eleamy2018,

    The activation of a SIM is usually pretty instant. Have you called 1747 to check the balance on the SIM? This should confirm whether the SIM is active or not.
