Service stopped working

    I paid for 2 months of Eir Sport online, via Eir's website https://www.setantago.com, on October 6th, 2018. I paid for two months up front (€14.99 per month, €29.98 in total).
    I.e. Two months up front to view the service from October 6th to December 6th.



    I paid for two months, and the service was cut after 1 month.



    How do I get a refund?

    The standard timeframe is up to 3 working days. 

    The best advice I can offer is to contact them directly to query this.
