I have no bills, was no landline phone there previous to getting broadband and cannot talk to eir reps because I don’t have account number. This is driving me insane

When you signed up with us you would have received a welcome email with your account number and all details in it, make sure to check all folders of your emails. Your bill would be sent to you by either post or email.
