Xperia problem.

XA2 ULTRA. The mouthpiece/microphone is not working. When conducting calls my voice can only be heard by switching on the loudspeaker. The phone was accidentally dropped on a concrete floor recently. No other damage evident. I'm wondering about repair options and costs. No warranty. Would it be worth trying a reset?
