    Hi,

    Is there a problem with the registration process for My Eir? I'm an Eir Mobile customer and recently when trying to login I was getting a message that my account was permanently locked. I contacted support who seemingly deleted my My Eir account and asked me to register again, however when attempting this it asks for my phone number and account number, which I enter but I am receiving the following message when I try to proceed with the registration:

    An error occurred...
    Unfortunately we couldn't verify your details. Please try again.

    Can you advise please?

    I would just need you to PM me your eir account number, full name on the account, email address and date of birth.
