Why Am i Still GEtting Charged for a Sim only that i cancelled?

    As in previous post , i have just realised that not only am i still getting charged but Eir you have charged me twice this month despite the sim card having been disconnected for over a month , 
    as I said the reason i cancelled is that straight away the charge of 15  a month was being embellished and funnily , its still not quite 15, , 15.09 , 15. 65 all leaving me wondering why my bank account was draining down . 
    Am so sick of this sort of behaviour by Your company , could you please organise refund asap.

    plus for some reason these charges are going through as Point OF Sale so they are not showing up in list of standing orders or direct debits so am not able to cancel them myself through online banking.
