Budi will not charge a Samsung J5

Hi,
Just bought one of these new wireless charger, but it will not work.
Its a Budi Wireless Charger.
Pone is Samsung J5.

Any one know if there is a "trick " to it or any other suggestions would be most welcome.

The J5 does not support wireless charging. It may be possible to add a wireless capability with something off eBay or AliExpress. But it's standard charging only.
Were you told it could be wirelessly charged in the shop you bought it from ?

A lot of newish phons have fast charging . Wireless charging hasn't been adopted by all manufacturers.
