Right way to proceed

Hi, I intend to make a complaint about a moderator. The moderator did not sanction me in any way, the issue concerns what he said to me in the thread as part of the discussion. What is the procedural way to deal with this please, as it is not per se a moderation issue but it involves a moderator. Thanks, Allforit.

The right way to proceed is to report the post. A different mod of the forum should take a look at the report.
