I was planning on going down the Hass.io (Home Assistant) route and installing it on a Rpi or Mini PC.
But I am really time poor these days, so dont think I would have the time to configure from scratch, so am looking for a quick easy solution.

I came across HUBITAT - anyone here purchase and using it?

Id love to get some real end-user experiences. I like the fact it is 100% non-cloud based and not reliant on 3rd party servers etc.

    all input welcome

First time i've seen it - do you think it will be that much less time consuming than setting up home assistant? (I suppose that why you are asking :) )
Looks like there is some set-up involved with this too.

There is loads of support for home assistant online.
Also, not sure if you saw but it says its first limited to us-only for a short time - not sure how they implementing that.
