    Hi there,

I'm trying to log into my Imagine router and have been unable to connect.
I have tried both wireless and wired and have been unsuccessful.
I did carry out a Ping on the IP address (wired & wireless) and was successful.
And I have reset the router and turned everything on/off

    Any help appreciated

    Thanks

They restrict access to their router so I'm afraid you will not be able to log into it.

Is it not possible to port forward with their router so?

I think all such requests have to go through their customer support. I'm unsure whether they will enable port forwarding for you but it doesn't hurt to ask.

I did some googling and it appears their customer support will set them up. Frustrating that I cannot do it myself
