You know the ones where they either suck the balls up like a vacuum back into ball pit or the ones that blow air out so balls float in…

Sounds like a leaf blower of some sort. Personally, I wouldn't know, but if I were you I'd go and ask someone in one of those play areas. They'd probably be able to give you make and model, and you could then search them on the internet.
