phone wait times

    Good afternoon

    all week when I tried to call there is a minimum of 1/2 hr wait time - is this due to volume of calls or low staff numbers - and please don't mention live chat as an effective means of communication as it is extremely frustrating process.

    Hi Kooga,

    We are experiencing delays due to a high level of calls in queue and staffing due to relocation. I fo apologise for the inconvenience. We have issued a statement on our website in relation to this and we hope to improve this very soon.
