Sky Q network issue.

Hi, I am looking for some help with this. I have several devices connected to my Sky Q hub through TP link switches. Over the w/end they stopped working and when I logged into the hub none of the devices showed up. I have tried each device directly into the ethernet port on the hub but it still didn't work.
