Hi, I am looking for some help with this. I have several devices connected to my Sky Q hub through TP link switches. Over the w/end they stopped working and when I logged into the hub none of the devices showed up. I have tried each device directly into the ethernet port on the hub but it still didn't work. Hoping someone might have an idea as to what is wrong. Sky sent me out a new hub which is up and running and the wireless is working fine but still nothing through the ethernet port.
