LG content store apps not showing and can't update

Have an LG smart tv wired directly to Sky router. Had to reset the router yesterday and since the apps section on lg content store only show 4 colored dots. Rte player app doesn't work either. When I try to update apps, it says "application has not been installed. Try again" Any advice???

Sorry to Bump an Old thread. Related to LG TV Query.

I cant lock the Content store on the parental lock option. It is showing the lock icon and it works to lock other apps.
Im looking to lock the content store so apps cant be downloaded.
Any idea is it possible?
