Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Good place to buy decent gift wines in Ireland.

I'm looking to get a gift for my mate who is getting married. I wanted to get a few bottles (budget ~50 a bottle, but that's negotiable) of red from the year her and his fiance got together to they can keep them for a good few years and have them at an anniversary or other significant event in the future.

So a) does anyone have any recommendations where I should go to get advice on the wine itself and then buy it (preferably pickup)

or b) does anyone have any recommendations about the wine itself?

I've found Redmonds and (obviously) O'Briens but does anyone know of any perhaps smaller more expert local places (I'm from Kildare, so anywhere around Dublin is cool).

    Thanks in advance!
