CBD Oil?

CBD oil. Very popular at the minute. Genuine product or just another over hyped supplement?

Is anybody using it? Would you recommend it? Any particular brand better than others?

I tried using it a while ago using 250mg of hemp cbd in a vape pen and didn't notice much else besides feeling a bit sleepy, but then moved up to 600mg of pure cbd and noticed a big difference in my mood. I felt a lot more relaxed and less anxious in work especially when dealing with customers and my overall thinking about bad things was less than usual. My guess is the hemp cbd isn't great at all so I try and get pure cbd all the time now.

Have a friend using it , he suffers from very bad anxiety and poor sleep (3-4h) a very small improvement with the anxiety but the sleep is a major improvement most nights he is now getting 7 or 8 hours without waking.
Don’t how much if it is down to the cbd oil or if it’s a placebo effect.
He also mentioned he feels more relaxed in his work environment.
Things have improved for him so that’s good even if it’s the placebo effect.

I believe it has everything to do with fitness.

If your sleep is terrible, your health and fitness suffers immensely. Along with everything else.

I would agree.. I have seen it for sale in a number of gyms now as well.
A lot of claims about its benefit in aiding recovery after certain exercises.

How much did the 600mg cost you? Ive only tried the 20mg so far. 25 quid for a bottle 10ml.

Do you know what strength your friend used? I just ordered some 5 percent / 500 mg hemp oil drops from amazon. Need to improve sleep.

I think there must be some inconsistencies in the measurements being quoted so not comparing like for like.
