I am a nurse and was looking forward to pursue a higher diploma through HSE,where my application got rejected on the basis of my English proficiency.I am a foreign national, and proved my English proficiency in 2008 while registering for NMBI,and i am working as a general nurse since 2008 in ireland(10 years).Still i am told to prove my English!!!!when contacted HSE was told its from UCD side, when contacted UCD was told its from hse side. Now i am not getting any response from anywhere.I dont know where to turn to.can i get any suggestions please.
