How much can customs tax on electronics?

Hey, I've bought a Xiaomi Mi TV for 57€, 7€ for shipping & 2€ for insurance off of GearBest. DHL are asking I pay 43€ on import duty/tax. Hey,

There is an item on the website given as an example, and the item is 150€, but the tax for that is 45€.

Any idea? Seems a bit silly for it to be that high!
