Stronglift 5x5 advice

So, I've been going to the gym 6 days a week for the last while now, doing my own routines and I'm seeing improvements, which is great, but when I do deadlifts, squats and benches lately, they aren't improving at a rate I'd be happy with. So I looked through threads here and found that a few people were finding the Stronglifts 5x5 program useful. I like that it's a strict plan and using the app I can track my progress.

But, here's where my questions comes from, the program recommends rest days in between to let your muscles recover, which I understand. But I like going to the gym 6 days a week, what can I do on those days that won't interfere with my progress?

Mobility work. I used do at least one day of mobility work and it really stood to me. Consider it active recovery.

I'd be interested in you or others sharing mobility workouts as it's an area I probably ignore (to my long term detriment I'd imagine!)

Yeah I would highly advise mobility or maybe some light cardio if you want it. As to what mobility to do it really depends on what your goals are but considering your doing the big 3 I would focus on squat, hip, back and chest mobility. For specifics it depends on the individual but those are good places to start. If you have any questions on it I would be happy to help.

Thanks @FreeMenFitness Much appreciated! I'm okay with some light cardio work. Now I just need to find as much info on finding Squat, Hip, back and Chest mobility workouts. I've always figured my hips had ROM issues and my lower back is weak, so I guess I need to focus on those anyhow.
