How can I get the greencert without doing the leaving

I am currently still in secondary school but I am struggling due to a spinal injury and from PTSD from that injury sustained in an RTA. I was wondering what course is there that would apply for the greencert that would be for the shortest amount of time and could be studied without doing the leaving cert
