Broadband Problems

    Can I ask for a broadband support rep to call me or message me please? My broadband has been down since yesterday evening - I have logged a ticket (no reply to that), tried your chat (no one answering there) and then spent 30 minutes on hold before being cut off just as the support person had taken my details.
