How to cancel Dublin bike subscription online?

Hi all,
My Dublin bike subscription is up for renewal, but I would like to cancel it because I live abroad.
I've been searching for the best of half an hour, but I can't find the elusive contact form, only the call centre number. Does anybody know how to find the online chat form?

Annual subscriptions are automatically renewed unless you inform the dublinbikes team that you wish to un-subscribe. Long Term Hire Card holders will receive an email reminder before their subscription expires. It states that your subscription will automatically renew and the annual fee of €10 will be charged to your credit card or bank account. If you do not wish to automatically re-subscribe, please contact the dublinbikes call centre on 1850 777 070 or contact us through the online form at www.dublinbikes.ie stating you do not want to re-subscribe.

They have a contact number for outside Ireland here: http://www.dublinbikes.ie/How-does-it-work/Frequently-Asked-Questions/General-questions/(offset)/#faq1 (+353 (0) 1 424 7605). As far as I can see, there is no contact form on the website. The link on the home page doesn't work

That doesn't work, just takes you back to the regular login screen after putting in details
