    That should be fine then, it will be taking in slighly warmer air from your gpu into you cpu the other way around but the two big case fans should prevent that from being much of an issue.
    Also I find GPUs to be more sensitivities to heat changes. A CPU will usually run at full speed all the way up to 90c but GPUs can start to throttle back from 75c onwards.


    Another option would be to flip the case fans around with air coming in from the back and top (from cpu cooler) and out the ftont. You just want cold air coming in one side and hot air going out another side so there are a few options to achieve this.
