Hi there

So this might seem strange but we'd really like to become customers but it seems that Eir aren't really that interested.

We just moved into a new build, as did many of our new neighbours and we all would really like some BB, that would better than hotspotting off our mobiles.

No one in Eir ( and many of us have called and tried) can seem to tell us when we might be able to get connected. We've had lots and lots of answers but none of them match up. We've even had an Eir rep going door to door selling services....but again no one is actually connected or even in the process.

Any chance someone can actually work this out for us?
