No response From Chat after 90 minutes

    Hi

    I am without broadband service for a second day and I am trying to get an estimate on when it will be restored through chat but no one is answering. Does this service work and can someone follow up on my outage issue

    Hi Irishusk,

    Yes our chat service does work. Although the response times can vary depending on how many customers are in queue, the wait here is very unusual therefore I will have this looked into to ensure there are no issues.

    The fastest way to get an update and resolution would be to speak with our Technical team directly on 1890 260 260 or freephone 1901.
