Attic Insulation Limerick

Finally going to pull the trigger on attic insulation. Anyone got any recommendations on who to use? How does it work with the SEAI grant. Do you pay the full price then claim the grant or does the contractor claim it for you? Can they install storage space in attic for you? Thanks
