Locked out SIM card

    Hi, 

    Been using my SIM card for the past 2 weeks and got locked out this morning. I threw away my starter pack and
    I didn't register with EIR so I dont have an account to log in into Eir. 

    I don't remember my PUK code. Is there anyway I could get it?
