HD Voice interconnects with mobile?

    I notice that I get very good quality HD Voice from Blueface to Blueface and from Eir mobile to Eir mobile, Vodafone to Vodafone and so on, but not between any networks.

    Is there any plan to interconnect voice at full rate call quality?

    In France for example, HD voice has become a big selling point of VoIP landline replacements from Orange (their counterpart to Eir)
