Anyone seen this? Both lads from Belvedere College. They were in Zambia for a charity trip and they snuck out at night and did the nasty with two african whores. One of the hookers said she was "sick". Lads could have HIV. Silly boys.

you should do your reasearch first as this has been discussed to death on this site already

So? How is this newsworthy? Because they are in a private school? What level of outrage are we talking about here OP? I'm not sure how to continue, thanks :)

    Really? Where?

It it was two scobies went over and shot their glue up two african hookers would there be the same level of outrage?

We'd probably be worried that the hookers got an STD off of the scobies.

You mean 16/17 year olds on a holiday without their parents might try things dodgy and illegal? This is unheard of!

I really don't get why this is newsworthy tbh. I went away to Switzerland with the Scouts at 16 and jesus fnck we got so ****ing hammered in Bern, I can still remember the hangover.

If I'd been offered some strange on that night, I probably would have seized the opportunity.

No there wouldn't. But that's what makes it all the more hilarious. Some high up mammies and daddies fretting nervously over their son potentially throwing his life away.

It's the possibility of the getting aids though. That's the shocking bit.

Making them sound as if they're sweet, little, innocent beings that are as pure as the sky is blue. They are of the age that they should know a lot better than to be sticking their unprotected mickey into some riddled african. Play with fire....get burnt.

They were pretty stupid obviously but why is it hilarious?

Whole thing reminds me of the hooker scene in Lord of War where Nicolas Cage gets high on coke and ends up with 2 hookers in a hotel room in Liberia where the HIV rate in the population is 25%. They promise him they don't have anything :D

Ah it is. Just picturing the look of glee on their little faces when the opportunity is presented...compared to when it dawns on them that they've potentially ****ed up their life.

Yeh could be a very aggressive strain of the disease also from that part of the world. Sad really.

The teacher sought immediate medical treatment for the student.

Must've damaged his arm with all high-5s he was getting. Amirite?!

Well they were from a private school so one would hope daddy gave them pocket money for essential supplies on the school trip :P

I doubt the ladies in question in the story at hand were that hot though.

I'd have rode the harp of a ha'penny at that age. However if I was in Africa I think I'd have known better.

Percentage of HIV+ females in Zambia is 16.1%! And in those poor women's line of work it must be higher.

I really wonder what went wrong in your life that you'd think two teenagers potentially getting Aids is funny. What an awful attitude to have in life.

I think it's the disassociation we have with news in general that causes people to think like that. The poster isn't going to have to experience their trauma 1st hand.

Why is the school considering disciplining the teacher though?

I understand there is a duty of care there however does it extend to prowling about at night ensuring the students are tucking to bed?

HIV isnt that much a problem anymore once youve access to treatment/medication, in general life expectancy is almost the same as that of the general population.

That's great and all but I still wouldn't want to get it in the first place.

Also the chances of contracting hiv from vaginal intercourse with an infected person is 0.6%,that with the statistic that 15% of woman in Zambia have it....t's doubtful they have it!

Depends on the strain of it though. In Africa it is probably more aggressive amd tolerant to antibiotics.

Like in Billy Bob Thornton's father said in that movie Monster's Ball, they ain't a man till they split dark oak!!

In fairness to them, fair fúcks to them for she sheer boldness of nailing two ebony whores in deepest darkest african on school tour. They are legends but the possibility of AIDS and god knows what other jungle knob rot viruses is a bit scary.

Yup it definitely does, if you know any teachers who have been on school tours most of their nights are spent making sure everyone is where they should be.

On our school tours the teachers used being out to night clubs and pubs and people probably went to red light district when they went to Amsterdam and nobody batted am eye lid.

Both lads, or their parents, will take legal action against the school for breach of duty. Will be settled out of court I would imagine.

It wasn't a school tour though, it was supposed to be a 'charity trip'. Now before anyone rushes in yeah I'm sure they all get up to it on these trips too, but feck that, don't pretend it's for charity then

Aids is only funny in Team America & Cartman in South Park.

Hope the lads didnt contract anything, but its a stigma that will follow them around. They will always be 'the lads who rode the Zambian hookers without Condoms'

Think they had a few beers before it happened. Obviously werent thinking right. I dont blame the teacher, they snuck out of the compound.

All eyes on Kursk. Slava Ukraini.

Really unlikely they got HIV given they are male. In any event, I'm sure the fear of god will be in them until the 6 and 12 month tests come back clear.

Awful that these lads may have contracted a disease, they're only stupid kids at the end of the day. Equally awful that women in Zambia are forced by poverty into selling themselves to tourists and foreigners.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 3,292 ✭✭✭TheBoyConor

The reality is that these lads will be legends in their school for a long time to come. They will be those 2 mad lads who nailed the african hookers. Great bunch of lads.
