Diet diet diet! That’s the best way to lose weight, A threadmill at home will end up a clothes horse after 6 months. Exercise is great but is pointless if your scoffing cheese sambos every day (speaking from experience!)

About to say the same thing. I have that and a power rack. Had to lose the rack recently and the concept 2 is great for nights you can't get to the gym.

You want hour long cardio, lung bursting intervals or anerobic sprints no problem.. Full body and CV workout.

A rower won’t ‘tone up’ anything. Get yourself a set of dumbbells and a chin-up bar. Basic as befcuk. And as said previously, diet diet diet. By that I don’t mean starve yourself. I mean eat properly and healthily

A good kitchen scale, a set of adjustable dumbells and mfp (that's free though).

Diet is the most important things but if you are looking to buy a piece of cardio equipment to be honest I would pick whatever you will enjoy using most as otherwise it will probably end up as an expensive clothes hanger!
